81.   The attacks on the peacekeepers and on civilians in Sarajevo sparked no response from the UN Protection Force or the reaction force dispatched here to protect peacekeepers.

82.   The letter sent to Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic said the force should not be considered as threatening to the Serbs and would only act to protect UN peacekeepers.
