81.   When mixture has thickened, take if from heat, and stir in melted chocolate and vanilla.

82.   Whisk the eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, melted chocolate and Grand Marnier together in a large mixing bowl until very smooth.

83.   With a small metal spatula or butter knife, spread flat side of each cookie with melted chocolate.

84.   With a rubber spatula, gently fold the melted chocolate and half the coconut into the bowl of egg whites.

85.   Whisk in melted chocolate.

86.   With processor on, pour melted chocolate through feed tube.
