81. Current law regarding gun shows requires background checks only for sales by licensed dealers. 82. Current law in Colorado only requires background checks to be conducted by federally licensed dealers. 83. Currently, only people buying guns from federally licensed dealers have to undergo criminal background checks at gun shows. 84. Currently, background checks are performed on those buying guns from federally licensed dealers. 85. GAO investigators were able to buy guns from licensed dealers in Virginia, West Virginia, Montana, New Mexico and Arizona. 86. Instant checks can be done on all sales at gun shows and would be no more onerous than what currently is required of licensed dealers. 87. Licensed dealers can sell cars online. 88. Most Indian states allow the sale of alcohol through licensed dealers subjected to quality controls. 89.
