79.   Easterly winds will continue to transport small patches of clouds and showers across the U.S. Virgin Islands and the eastern quarter of Puerto Rico.

80.   Elsewhere, a cold front moving out of the Pacific Northwest produced clouds and scattered, light showers across parts of Washington, Idaho and western Montana.
