71. Palestinian police arrested leading human rights campaigner Iyad Sarraj on Monday for the second time in three weeks and searched his office, Palestinian officials said. 72. Police officials said they searched the office after two police officers who had witnessed the car theft were forced back to the headquarters and held against their will. 73. Security forces searched the offices in three towns -- Hebron, Jenin and El Bireh -- of the group run by sheikh Taysser Tamini. 74.
