71. NATO defence ministers Wednesday called a meeting at the Hague next Monday of military chiefs from NATO states with troops in Bosnia to discuss strengthening of their troops there. 72. Secret service chiefs from the member countries of the CIS signed a cooperation accord in Belarus Friday, Interfax news agency reported. 74. The European Commission Sunday said it had suspended development aid to Nigeria and recalled its delegation chief from Lagos following the execution of nine minority rights activists. 79.
