61.   The fifth and sixth defendants had been employed by a group of companies of which the plaintiffs were a part in senior positions for short periods before being dismissed.

62.   The plaintiffs were manufacturers of a boiler disincrustant and claimed that it had been produced by a secret process.

63.   Some furs were stolen from the room while the plaintiffs were out, and the plaintiffs sued the hotel.
