61.   Most of the twelve essays were based on a two day symposium held at the Tate in October that year.

62.   The selection held at the moment by reception is limited to syllabus books, but putting out as much as possible on display would be beneficial.

63.   The teams raised the cash by taking part in an army assault course held at Warminster, Wiltshire.

67.   Stoddards Annual Bowling Competition was again held at the Elderslie Wallace Bowling Club by kind permission of its president, Eddie Archibald, and members of the Club.

68.   To celebrate the occasion, a small party was held at his home in Newmilns, given by his wife and family.

69.   After the church service, a reception was held at the Lesser Town Hall, Airdrie after which the one week honeymoon was spent touring Scotland.

70.   The reception was held at the Swallow Hotel, Bellahouston.
