61.   The amendment allows party leaders to expel members who stray from the party line.

62.   The amendment will allow Brazil to open oil exploration, refining and transport to private and foreign companies.

63.   The amendment would allow newly established cooperatives, mostly formed by Socialists, to inherit the best and largest plots from the abolished Communist collective farms.

64.   The current amendment does not allow exploration in these areas.

65.   The lower house, or State Duma, hopes the amendment will allow the cash-strapped government to raise money without risking a loan default.

66.   The planned amendments will also allow pregnant employees to work beyond their regular hours, overtime or holidays, if they agree to do so.
