51.   Early this year the Ministry of Health and Welfare announced that it would begin making regular payments to haemophiliacs infected with HIV.

52.   It would be appreciated if payment can be made by cheque where ever possible.

53.   This may indicate that no final reconciliation could take place until after the payment had been made.

54.   That is, they can draw on their account and make payments to other people in excess of the amount of money they have deposited.
