51.   And from the National Western Stock Show to the Ohio State Fair, young people have been busted in recent years for feeding their steers illegal drugs.

52.   And methamphetamine from Burma has been flooding into Thailand, stoking the social pathologies associated with addiction and illegal drug use.

53.   And no amount of trips by Texas governors south of the border has been able to stem the flow of illegal drugs or undocumented workers into Texas.

54.   And it destroys more lives than any illegal drug.

55.   And more people are addicted to legal drugs than to all illegal drugs combined.

56.   And some of those problems were caused by illegal drug use by Clinton campaign aides who were then assigned to White House duty.

57.   And still others warn test givers not to confuse drug abuse and the use of medicines, some of which register as illegal drugs on the test.

58.   And those laws will be about as effective as the legal weapons we use to combat illegal drug use.

59.   And, without owning up to having ever used illegal drugs, Bush said his generation that came of age has a message about those substances, too.
