51.   Check contract plan with buyer.

52.   One of the commonest and most important is a contract for the buyer of a property, protected by a Notice.

53.   If there has been no irregularity, the law does not mend or amend contracts merely for the relief of those for whom things have not turned out well.

54.   For example, if there is a simple contract for the sale of a chattel it would be impractical to say that the restraint of trade doctrine applied.

55.   It is well established that the courts cannot make a contract for the parties.

56.   However, a breach of condition may be used to justify termination by a party who wants to escape from a contract for commercial reasons.
