41.   Vietnam has been trying to use bonds to mobilise domestic savings, currently at the low rate of just seven percent but they have only proved popular recently.

42.   Previously investors were required to use bonds issued by the finance ministry.

43.   The bonds could be used to purchase cars or land for building houses.

44.   The bond could be used to buy vehicles and property, among other items.
