41.   If the seller wishes to restrict or exclude liability for infringement of third party intellectual property rights there are, however, some options open to him.

42.   There are two situations in which the usual parental rights are restricted.

43.   There is a right of appeal in most public law proceedings under the Children Act except those relating to emergency protection orders.

44.   In these circumstances there is no right of appeal.

45.   Powers on appeal The appeal will be heard by a single judge, unless the President of the Family Division directs otherwise.

46.   In addition, there should if possible be a right to enter upon adjoining premises to make connections and for the purpose of repair.

47.   These rights are in some cases much more poorly protected than the media rights which form the principal subject of this book.

48.   Similarly, the buyer will wish to know whether there are rights for services to pass over neighbouring land.

49.   His only right was to ensure that the trust obligations were carried out.

50.   It should also be noted that the right of cancellation is in addition to any common law right of rescission or statutory right of termination.
