44.   Farther west, patchy clouds and showers will roam southern Texas while ample sunshine covers northern parts of the state.

45.   Farther south and west, a weak disturbance will promote patchy clouds and isolated showers from the Ohio Valley to the central Middle Atlantic states.

46.   Farther south, California will be mainly sunny with patchy coastal clouds.

47.   Farther south, patchy clouds and thundershowers will surround a wavering front in the Southeastern states.

48.   Farther south, plentiful sunshine over the central and southern Plains will mix with patchy clouds later in the day.

49.   Except for patchy coastal low clouds in the morning, the West Coast states will be sunny.

50.   Given that moisture is lacking, most places will be dry with only patchy clouds.
