41.   The French government said Wednesday it would grant entry into its territory to bearers of the new Palestinian passport issued to residents in the autonomous territories.

42.   The holders of Palestinian passports will no longer have to obtain Israeli authorization to leave the territories to travel abroad, Palestinian officials said.

43.   The Israeli authorities agreed not to stamp the Palestinian passports at the Rafah border.

44.   The Jewish state only recognises the validity of a Palestinian passport for residents of the self-rule Gaza Strip and autonomous enclave of Jericho on the West Bank.
