41.   The committee -- PLO cooperation minister Nabil Shaath, Israeli Police Minister Moshe Shahal and Environment Minister Yossi Sarid -- met in Jerusalem on Friday.

42.   The delegation will also visit Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, where it will meet chief Palestinian negotiator Faisal Husseini and Nabil Shaath, Palestinian planning and international cooperation minister.

43.   The cooperation minister ensured himself a warm reception by proclaiming last week as he left Egypt for Gaza that Jerusalem would one day be the Palestinian capital.

44.   The following year, cooperation ministers from the two countries visited Sierra Leone and Guinea.

45.   The grant was offered by the Saudi Development Fund during a visit by Palestinian international cooperation minister Nabil Shaath who arrived in the kingdom last week.
