41.   Social Services Minister Datuk Raymond Tan Shu Kiah said the balance would be used to assist victims whose sources of livelihood were destroyed by the storm.

42.   The British Ministry of Defense said that it sent a Royal Navy frigate based in the West Indies to Honduras Saturday to help in assisting flood victims.
