Another push of polar air will reach Texas on gusty winds from the north. 33. Another very mild day will grace much of the East as a strengthening wind from the south directs air from the Gulf of Mexico to the Atlantic Seaboard. 34. Another disturbance will interact with moist winds from the east to trigger scattered storms across eastern Texas. 35. Arctic air will gradually retreat from the northern Rockies and northern Plains as winds from the west develop. 36. Arctic air will surge into New England on brisk winds from the northwest. 37. Any ice will change to rain throughout the Southeast and Middle Atlantic States by Saturday night, as mild winds from the Atlantic increase. 38. As a result, winds from the Atlantic will blow from the east-southeast, allowing milder air to invade New England. 39. Arctic air will be driven south through the Gulf States on gusty winds from the northwest. 40.
