31.   A weak and narrow ridge of high pressure will continue to affect the eastern Caribbean through tonight producing light southeast winds across the northeast Caribbean.

32.   A trough extending from the Dominican Republic south into the Caribbean will produce a south to southeast wind over Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands today.

33.   As a result brisk southeast winds will be felt through the weekend creating marginally unsafe conditions for small boat operations.
