31.   Repeat the procedure until you have enough crackers, each covered with a tapenade-filled cucumber slice.

32.   Repeat the procedure with the bottom edge of the wall.

33.   Repeat the procedure with the long side of the foil to seal the brisket completely.

34.   Repeat this procedure, adding more stock as it is absorbed into the rice, stirring often.

35.   Repeat procedure with remaining beef and onions.

36.   Repeat procedure with remaining tortillas, cheese, chiles and tomatoes.

37.   Repeat the procedure until you have used up all the meat, reserving enough sauce to blanket the topmost layer.

38.   Repeat this procedure two or three times.

39.   Repeat procedure for each tortilla.

40.   Repeat procedure for the other half.
