31.   Pass any remaining sauce separately.

32.   Pass remaining sauce at table.

34.   Place remaining sauce in a small dipping bowl.

35.   Place the pan back on the stove and bring remaining sauce to a boil.

36.   Pour any remaining sauce around the base of the stack.
