31. In some cases, you may have to slip a putty knife under the faucet base plate to pry it up. 32. It is easily applied with a caulking gun, or can be troweled on with a putty knife. 33. Next, force a wide, stiff-bladed putty knife in the seam between the molding and sash. 34. Or, instead of using cloths, scrape with a wide, stiff putty knife. 35. Place a cube wrapped in plastic on the blob of gum until it becomes sufficiently brittle to scrape up with a putty knife. 36. Paint a bit of oil on each tendril, wait several minutes, then scrape off with a putty knife or wood spatula. 37. Pry out the damaged section with a putty knife. 38. Pull them out with the tip of the putty knife. 39. Place a wide chisel or stiff putty knife under the edge of a tile and tap lightly, then pry. 40. Position them around the window six inches apart and push them into the frame using a stiff putty knife or a screwdriver. |
