31.   Ana C. Zigal, an immigration lawyer in Baltimore, said she represented a young college student married to an illegal Mexican immigrant who installs air-conditioners for a living.

32.   And Cuban exiles are preparing lawsuits, said Ignacio Sanchez, a Cuban-American lawyer in Miami.

33.   And he said he knew of no other legal services lawyer in the country handling such cases full time.

34.   And he telegraphed that his lawyers in Florida were prepared to file an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court if the Florida justices did not rule in his favor.

39.   And the punch line is, taxpayers could end up paying every lawyer in all those courtrooms.
