31.   An identifier which must be supplied to gain access to a module if the user does not have the necessary privileges.

32.   MANAGER has the privilege to create new users who, in turn, may then create other new users, building up families with parents and descendants.

33.   Once again however, you must be either the user who installed the current version or have Manager privilege.
