31.   Another high pressure system over Brazil will continue to provide brisk easterly winds across the eastern Caribbean.

32.   An upper-level disturbance in the easterly winds moved quickly across the tropical Atlantic and into the Lesser Antilles Monday night and Tuesday morning.

33.   As easterly winds increase across our local waters this afternoon, local seas will become choppy.

34.   As it does, easterly winds will return, bringing a modest increase in moisture across the local islands.

35.   At the surface, high pressure will continue to build slowly into the region producing moderate easterly winds and generally dry weather.
