Clouds will develop across Texas and parts of the Rocky Mountain states as an upper-level low-pressure zone moves southeast from Idaho. 37. Clusters of showers and thunderstorms will develop across parts of Nebraska and Kansas as the arriving disturbance lifts increasingly moist air streaming north from the Gulf of Mexico. 38.
