31.   This should also include the cost of funding any additional money required to complete the work.

32.   When you have completed the work you can claim the grant.

33.   After further work, it became apparent that two other modules, one a test harness, would also have to be modified to complete the work.

34.   If no such package is available, one may be created specifically to complete the work identified by the DC.

35.   An SPR can only be closed once and should only be closed when all necessary work has been completed.
