32.   A coastal flood watch and a heavy surf advisory remain in effect for the north and northwest coast of St. Croix.

33.   A coastal flood watch and a heavy surf advisory remain in effect for the remainder of the north and northwest coast of Puerto Rico.

34.   A coastal flood watch has been issued for the U.S. Virgin islands and parts of east and south Puerto Rico.

35.   A coastal flood watch is in effect for the north and east coasts of Puerto Rico, Culebra, Vieques and all of the U.S. Virgin Islands.

36.   A coastal flood watch is in effect for the remainder of the coasts of Puerto Rico.

37.   A coastal flood watch was canceled for the north and northwest coasts of Puerto Rico and for St. Croix.

38.   A coastal flood watch was issued for portions of the Texas coast.

39.   A heavy surf advisory is therefore in effect for all Atlantic coasts and a coastal flood watch is in effect for north and northwest Puerto Rico.

40.   A small craft advisory remains in effect as do coastal flood watches and warnings for our north and northwest coasts.
