32.   This meant that the cellular operators could pick up calls from fixed phones at any point of their choosing.

33.   TRAI had also ordered DoT to grant both way connectivity, whenever cellular operators wanted such connectivity.

34.   The TRAI in its order said the DoT was overcharging its subscribers and the private cellular operators were not consulted before the tariff increase.
