31.   Add the milk to the saucepan over medium heat and warm.

32.   Add additional milk if mixture is too thick.

33.   Add cold milk, stirring until the mixture is the desired consistency.

34.   Add enough milk to come halfway up the side of the meat.

35.   Add milk a little at a time until creamy.

36.   Add milk and beat at high speed until light and fluffy.

37.   Add milk and beat until smooth.

38.   Add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

39.   Add milk and mix again.

40.   Add milk and mix lightly with a fork or pulse two or three times until dough comes together.
