21.   Gradually beat in the eggs and the vanilla essence.

22.   In a separate bowl, cream the condensed milk, remaining sugar and vanilla essence until well blended.

23.   Mix the eggs, milk, vanilla essence and butter together.

24.   Remove from the heat, stir in the vanilla essence and leave to cool before chilling in the refrigerator.

25.   Put eggs, caster sugar and vanilla essence in a mixing bowl and whisk until thick and white.
