21.   Add the tomatoes and zucchini, turn the heat up to medium, and stir to mix well.

22.   Add the white wine, turn the heat to high, and cook until the wine nearly evaporates.

23.   Add grapes, and turn heat to medium-high.

24.   Add half of the egg mixture to each pan and turn the heat to low.

25.   Add onion to skillet and turn heat to medium-high.

26.   Add sherry, ginger root and scallion, bring water to a boil over high heat and immediately turn the heat down to maintain a simmer.

27.   Add the mussels, cover the pot, and turn the heat to high.

28.   Add the squid and the artichokes, stir, cover and turn the heat to medium.

29.   Bring to a boil and then turn the heat down.

30.   Bring to a boil, then turn off heat and let cool completely.
