21.   Earlier in the week the Royal Ulster Constabulary had banned a small Apprentice Boys parade down the Catholic Lower Ormeau Road in Belfast on Saturday morning.

22.   That march went off without a hitch, as did a small parade by the local Apprentice Boys chapter early Saturday.
