21.   Pour cream over top of pudding.

22.   Pour cream over yams.

23.   Pour the cream over the endive, rotate the pan to swirl the contents gently and serve.

24.   Pour cream into bowl and mix with electric mixer on high speed until stiff.

25.   Pour hot cream over chocolate and gently whisk until smooth.

26.   Sprinkle with a few generous grindings of white pepper and gratings of nutmeg, and pour cream evenly over all.
