21.   Place fish on grill rack over heat.

22.   Place fish on grill, sear briefly, less than a minute.

23.   Place fish on paper.

25.   Place fish on warm platter, carefully lifting fish from grill with broad spatula and fork or spoon.

26.   Place rolled fish on top of vegetables in the saute pan.

27.   Place the fish in a baking dish.

28.   Place the fish in a shallow pan and spoon some of the marinade into the stomach cavity.

29.   Place the fish in the center and spoon the sauce over it.

30.   Pour half the seasoned butter in the bottom of a baking dish and place the fish on top.
