21. Place in a bowl and stir in the peanut sauce with the scallions and jalapeno. 22. Prepared, bottled versions of peanut sauce and sweet soy sauce may be purchased in Asian food stores or Asian food sections of some supermarkets. 23. Peanut sauces wend through almost every African cuisine, most likely combined with greens or chicken and seasoned with hot pepper. 24. Remove from heat, drape generously with peanut sauce, and serve hot. 25. Serve kebabs with reserved peanut sauce and peanuts. 26.
