21.   North Korea will open a mission in Australia within the next few weeks following the re-establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries, officials said Tuesday.

22.   Oman and Qatar are the only Gulf Arab states to have begun normalizing ties with Israel by agreeing to open trade missions earlier in the year.
