21.   Iraqi oil started flowing on Wednesday through a pipeline to Turkey for the first time in six years, a Turkish oil official announced.

22.   Oil has started flowing from an offshore field in the Gulf of Guinea off the Republic of Congo in central Africa, the Chevron corporation announced Monday.

23.   Other technical steps must still be taken over the next few days however before Iraqi oil can start flowing.
