21.   Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.

24.   Gradually whisk in broth and wine and cook, whisking continuously until mixture comes to a boil.

25.   Immediately add honey and stir until mixture comes to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down.

26.   Keep covered until mixture comes to a boil.

27.   Place over high heat and stir until mixture comes to a boil.

28.   Place over moderate heat and cook, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until mixture comes to a boil, thickens and turns clear.

29.   Pour the raspberry mixture over the top, cover and place over moderate heat until the mixture comes to a boil.

30.   Remove from heat, add flour all at once and mix vigorously with a wooden spoon until mixture comes together.
