Place over moderate heat and cook, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until mixture comes to a boil, thickens and turns clear. 29. Pour the raspberry mixture over the top, cover and place over moderate heat until the mixture comes to a boil. 30. Remove from heat, add flour all at once and mix vigorously with a wooden spoon until mixture comes together. |
