21.   If you do prime the walls, I suggest you use a latex enamel undercoater, also called primer-sealer.

22.   If you want to paint the rack, apply a latex enamel undercoater, followed by an eggshell-finish latex wall paint or semigloss latex enamel.

23.   If there are two coats on, sand the finish and apply a latex enamel undercoater, then two coats of a flat latex wall paint.

24.   So to paint the doors, apply a latex enamel undercoater and finish with two coats of a semigloss or eggshell finish latex paint.

25.   The ceiling is dry wall and has been painted several times with a latex base satin enamel.

26.   The normal procedure is to apply a latex enamel undercoater and finish with an eggshell finish latex paint.

27.   Then I painted with one coat of a latex enamel undercoater and another coat of ceiling paint.

28.   Then paint it with a latex enamel undercoater and finish off with a spray paint such as Krylon.

29.   Then paint with a thin coat of a latex enamel undercoater, and finish with two thin coats of a latex wall paint.

30.   To paint, apply a latex enamel undercoat, then finish with an eggshell-finish latex wall paint.
