21.   OR invert cake onto a serving platter to slice and serve while still warm.

22.   Place a piece of parchment paper on the counter, and invert the cake on the paper.

23.   Set a cutting board on top of the pan and invert the cake onto the board.

24.   Then invert cakes onto racks to cool completely.

25.   To serve, invert the cake onto a flat surface or plate and release it from the springform pan.

26.   With mitts on both hands, hold the skillet and plate together, and invert the cake onto the plate.
