21.   If a plea of guilty shall be entered, judgment may be entered thereon without further proceedings.

22.   I would therefore remand the case to the district court for further proceedings on this question alone.

23.   III The judgment of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is accordingly reversed and the case remanded for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
