21. Add salmon and cook on both sides until cooked through. 22. Add the pork and brown on all sides, cooking through, just a few minutes. 23. Add the shrimp and the cream, season with salt and pepper and cook, stirring constantly, until shrimp are just cooked through. 24. Add chicken and stir-fry until almost cooked through. 25. Add Swedish-style or barbecue-style meatballs and simmer until they are cooked through. 26. Add the sauce and stir gently, cooking until the sauce begins to boil and the prawns are just cooked through. 27. Add beef or turkey to skillet along with onion and cook, stirring often, until beef or turkey is browned, crumbly and cooked through. 28. Add the calamari, season with salt and saute briskly until cooked through. 29. After three minutes a side it will be cooked through but will still be moist. 30. Allow guests to cook their chicken until browned around the edges and cooked through without becoming dry or tough. |
