21.   Only if the client is still unhappy would he be directed to the Solicitors Complaints Bureau.

22.   Similarly, if the client would have been a market counterparty if the firm had dealt with him direct, he will not be a customer in any event.

23.   Unhappy clients are not a good advertisement for the firm.

24.   If the client is unsure about the extent of their cover, they must be told to check their insurance policies.

25.   If your client is to be examined the letter of instruction should give full contact addresses and telephone numbers to enable an appointment to be made.
