21.   The agreement will cover computer monitors and software, semiconductors, digital photocopiers, capacitors -- components in all electrical products -- optical cables and telecommunications equipment.

22.   The agreement covered telecommunications equipment, medical devices, drugs, building materials and financial services.

23.   The agreement covers European artists such as Muse, the Avalanches and Tom Jones.

24.   The agreement covers nearly all services except those provided solely by governments and those involved in air transportation.

25.   The agreement does not cover supression systems.

26.   The agreement would cover a variety of products, including computers, software, semiconductors, telecommunications equipment and computer-based analytical instruments.

27.   The agreement would cover three years, with an option for another three.

28.   The agreement also covers school counselors, psychologists and librarians, who will receive smaller pay hikes.

29.   The agreement also covers Septa, the commuter line that serves Philadelphia, but not the Shoreline East route in Connecticut or the commuter trains into Boston and Washington.
