11.   High tides slightly above normal are expected across the u.S virgin islands and Puerto Rico during this afternoon...Mainly along the north coasts due to increasing wave action.

12.   The remoteness of the site meant the carcasses would be left on the beach, and it was expected wave action and natural processes would dispose of them.

13.   This situation will be further deteriorated by wave action along the coast since it will pond the streams and cause them to outflow.
