11.   Toss the pasta with the mushroom mixture and red pepper.

12.   Toss pasta into boiling water.

13.   Toss the pasta with the sauce, adding enough of the reserved water to bring the dish to the consistency you like, then toss with the cheese.

14.   When ready to serve, toss cooked pasta with enough sauce to coat.
