15.   Cover the nailheads with roofing cement and apply a generous bead of cement under the shingles, then press the shingles in place.

18.   Drive roofing nails into the flange, and cover these with roofing cement.

19.   Embed this patch in the cement, then apply a second coat of roofing cement.
