11.   Return mixture to the pot.

12.   Return scallop mixture to the pan.

13.   Return strained mixture to processor and add salt and white pepper to taste, vinegar, water, brown sugar and whipping cream, processing until smooth.

14.   Return the mixture to the same saucepan and place over medium heat.

15.   Return the mixture to the saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.

16.   Return milk mixture to a boil, remove from heat and discard vanilla pod and cinnamon sticks.

17.   Return mixture to saucepan and place over medium-low heat.

18.   Return the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally until the margarine melts.

19.   Return the mixture to the bowl or pour it into a large pitcher.

20.   Return the mixture to the saucepan and continue to cook over low heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture coats a spoon.
